Domain expired or not registered/delegated correctly

Make sure that the domain that is having email issues, has not expired. If the domain registration has expired, you won't have email access for that domain.

If you have also made changes to nameservers for the domain recently allow up to 72 hrs for the domain to propagate(filter) through the intenet.
